Final Questionnaire

After several of our target audience members and additional audiences for variance in perspective, I decided to create an improved survey. The main feedback was that there were a wide variety of questions, but non-film fans were unaware of the meanings of the terminology involved. Therefore, this Final Pilot Survey Questionnaire consists of descriptions of the confusing language or conventions.
